Ocean Music
Ocean Music
Ocean Music is a five-piece band hailing from both American Coasts. Born as the solo songwriting project of New York-based multidisciplinary artist and healer Richard Aufrichtig, Ocean Music has since evolved into into a raucous live band that delivers a blustering maelstrom which has been described by music critics as “an explosive update on Replacements-Pixies-Van Morrison" and "full of cathedreal beauty."

The intimate songs of Ocean Music’s first two records—self-titled (2014) and Songs From the City (2016)—have come to occupy a more expansive musical universe composed of pulsating rhythms, crashing waves of guitars, and warbling synthesizers that manage to turn the acoustic elegies of a lone troubadour into full-throated rhapsody.
David Baloche
David Baloche
david baloche is a 21st century psalmist.

he lives in new york city.

the site-specific work aspires to bring the audience on a journey, to inspire new listening: ears that sift the dirt and discover the gold, the music in the everyday.

every stairwell, every alleyway, every parking garage, every cathedral and abandoned building: everywhere is a studio, a concert hall, a stage set for an orchestra, of one or many.

one mic // one take, the music strives for an integrity and honesty often lost in modern music production.

the guitar is a vessel for the voice, a vessel for the words, the words a vessel for the artist, a vessel for the Muse.
